It is not Pasha; It is my Cooking

Pasha is such a happy cat - usually.

But when presented with my undercooked turkey, he cannot help but pull a face.


Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone.

The Internet is full of great recipes. Take the Southern hankering for whole fried turkey (equaling "How to burn down the house").

The alternative is an expertly barbecued bird or any other meat.
