Still, this morning, I am as excited as a poodle at the Westminster Dog Show—will I make Best of Show?
was January’s choice of our Library’s Readers Club, and today, they are going to discuss it. I am invited to talk to the group. Considering that I am the only author there, my hope is that I will at least make the cut into the Winners Circle.

I've seen snippets of that dog show on t.v. from time to time. It's quite the event to be sure!

Yes, I did make Best of Show...oh, btw, I was the only "poodle" there...still, the few who had actually read KHAMSIN, said that they could not put it down... now, to us Indies, that's high praise indeed. And I laped it up. It was the best doogie-treat I could have been given.
